Shanghai Dragons Extend Qualifying Offers to Sutter, Kuznetsov

The Shanghai Dragons have extended qualifying offers to two players, retaining the sporting rights to forwards Riley Sutter and Vladimir Kuznetsov.

Sutter completed his first KHL season with the Dragons, appearing in 52 games and recording 21 points on seven goals and 14 assists. The forward also ranked second on the team by hits made, bringing a physical edge and a consistent two-way presence throughout the season.

Kuznetsov played 44 games for Shanghai and finished with 14 points, marking the most productive KHL season of his career. His offensive growth and steady contribution made him one of the notable depth pieces in the Dragons’ forward group.

By issuing qualifying offers, Shanghai Dragons retain both players’ KHL sporting rights as the club begins shaping its roster for the upcoming season.
