Shanghai Dragons Announce Departures Following Contract Expirations

The Shanghai Dragons announced that a group of players are leaving the team following the expiration of their one-year contracts on June 1.

Goaltenders Andrei Kareev, Dmitry Shikin and Andrei Tikhomirov will depart the team, along with defensemen Jake Bischoff, Alexander Bryntsev, Adam Clendening, Ben Harpur, Wyatt Kalynuk, Vladislav Leontyev, Will Reilly, Doyle Somerby and Vladislav Valentsov.

The departing forwards are Alexander Burmistrov, Troy Josephs, Ilya Kablukov, Kevin Labanc, Nick Merkley, Gage Quinney, Kirill Rasskazov, Borna Rendulic, Nate Sucese and Austin Wagner.

The organization thanks each of them for their commitment, professionalism and contributions during the past season with the Dragons, and wishes them nothing but the best in the next chapters of their careers.
