Yevgeny Lozhkin has been appointed as the Sports Director of the Shanghai Dragons.

Born on May 4, 1972.

From 2014 to February 2021 served as Team Manager of Vityaz. In 2021-2022 took the role of Sports Director in CSKA. In 2022 returned to Vityaz and served as Sports Director until 2025.
